The London Coffee Festival is just around the corner. Not more than a few days to go before it opens, so now’s the time to save the dates of the most interesting activities. Between workshops, round tables, tasting sessions and debates, we couldn’t fail to set up an appointment with “Unlock the flavour”, scheduled to take place on Friday 1st April at 6.30 pm in the area of The LAB. Carlos González – Rancilio Group Coffee Competence Manager – will be showing the Festival public the avant-garde extraction technology of Rancilio Specialty and the infinite opportunities offered to baristas by Temperature Profiling, pre- and post-infusion as a way to unleash the potential of every single coffee.
