Rancilio Group dedicates Christmas to children with cancer in the Paediatric Oncologic ward at the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori cancer institute in Milan together with the Milan Monza Brianza branch of the Lega Italiana per la Lotta contro i Tumori (Italian league for the fight against cancer).
This initiative supports Child Care, a programme for young cancer patients aged 0 to 21 and their families. It accompanies families from the start of their journey through to treatment, offering hospitality in dedicated structures, educational and recreational activities, and also helps with expenses. After treatment, the families stay in direct contact with the oncologists on the ward, guaranteeing continuous assistance.
LILT Milano Monza Brianza has been active for over 74 years in the prevention of cancer and early diagnosis, providing out-patient services, awareness campaigns and mental health support for patients and their families.
With this collaboration, Rancilio Group reiterates the importance of supporting practical projects for prevention, research and assistance, contributing responsibly and continuously to collective wellbeing and confirming a corporate vision that embraces care of people and their future.
