On 23 June 2023, Rancilio Group joined the ‘Adopt a Tree’ initiative promoted by the nearby Groane Park, helping to plant a hundred trees in the Valera Forests in Arese, Milan.
This ambitious project aims to enrich the forests and natural heritage of selected areas between Monza-Brianza and the Province of Milan. A key element of this initiative is the active involvement of children and families, encouraging them to spend their free time outdoors, participate in area activities, connect with nature, and develop a love of the environment around them.
Participation in the initiative was organized in conjunction with Rancilio Day, the company event where Rancilio Group employees invite their families to discover the company and their work in an evening of fun and thanks.
Each participating family received a personalized certificate with their name and locality where their dedicated tree will be planted. In addition, for the littlest ones, illustrated books were donated by Groane Park on the plants and animals that live there.
This initiative is a tangible commitment to protecting the environment and promoting a sustainable lifestyle, also for generations to come. The company thanks all the families that participated in this project and cannot wait to see the trees grow and contribute to the beauty and biodiversity of the Valera Forests.
