Rancilio Group presents its 2025 Sustainability Report: a path of evolution toward measurable and responsible growth

Rancilio Group presents its 2025 Sustainability Report, a voluntary document prepared in accordance with the European VSME standard, outlining the company’s journey of evolution aimed at integrating sustainability, responsibility, and impact measurement in an increasingly structured way into its development model.

“Today, the professional coffee industry is changing rapidly. New technologies, stakeholder expectations, and increasingly central topics such as sustainability and climate change are transforming the industry and the way companies operate,” says Nicolò Liso, HSE–Sustainability Manager & RSPP. “For this reason, we are evolving as a company as well, integrating our experience and industrial culture with more structured tools and processes capable of concretely measuring our impact and guiding future decisions. Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety certifications, together with the EcoVadis assessment, represent solid foundations of this journey.”

The 2025 Sustainability Report was created precisely with the objective of making this journey transparent and strengthening an ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders. “For us, sustainability means building long-term value through continuity, responsibility, and concrete focus on what we do every day.”

The document follows a progressive path: from the company’s industrial roots to the systems that guide its operations, and finally to the initiatives developed throughout 2025 in the environmental and social fields.

This journey continued to evolve in 2026 and found further confirmation in May with the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification. This certification recognizes the work carried out to strengthen an organizational model focused on inclusion, equal opportunities, and sustainable growth, introducing measurable indicators across areas ranging from governance and HR processes to pay equity and parental support.

“We have established protection and listening tools, such as the Code of Ethics, the whistleblowing procedure, and the reporting management system. Language also plays a role in shaping culture, inclusion, and respect,” says Stefania Ragusa, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Gender Equality Steering Committee.

“Our goal is to build an environment where every person feels respected, recognized, and free to express their value,” concludes Ragusa.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is part of a broader system focused on continuous improvement and transparency, designed to support the company’s evolution and share results, commitments, and future priorities.
