Coffee, Training and Inclusion: Barista Training Course Returns to Bollate

A new edition of the barista training course promoted by My Urby APS in collaboration with Rancilio Group will begin in September at the Bollate Prison. The approximately three-month training programme is designed to develop professional skills and provide new opportunities ahead of participants’ reintegration into the workforce.

During the course, participants will use the Rancilio Classe 20 SB, a single-boiler espresso machine equipped with Steady Brew technology, designed to ensure temperature stability, reliability and consistency throughout the extraction process. Completing the setup will be the Kryo Evo, a professional on-demand grinder that offers precise grind adjustment and high performance, even in intensive-use environments.

“We are pleased to support a project that creates concrete opportunities for reintegration through training. Giving participants the opportunity to invest in their personal development while acquiring new skills highlights the extent to which training can be a practical tool for building their professional future,” comments Luca Creti, Rancilio Group’s Sales Director Italy.

Rancilio Group’s collaboration with My Urby further confirms the company’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote skills development, access to employment and new opportunities for growth, including in contexts where training and inclusion can make a real difference.
