From November 11 to 14, Egro, Rancilio and Rancilio Specialty will welcome coffee professionals and enthusiasts to the 25th edition of the Seoul International Café Show, one of Asia’s leading events for the coffee and F&B industry.
At the Alregen booth, visitors will discover the Egro MoDe and Next, showcasing the latest automated solutions for preparing coffee and fresh-milk beverages.
For specialty coffee enthusiasts, experienced coffee trainer and consultant Théo Cherrier and Minseo Kang, WCBC Champion and Head of Coffee Roasters at Champ Space, will present the Rancilio Specialty RS1 through live demonstrations and signature drinks, highlighting its advanced Temperature Profiling technology.
The new Rancilio Classe 5 Crono will showcase a combination of simplicity and consistent performance, featuring the patented Steady Brew technology and shot timers for each group. Completing Rancilio’s offering, the Silvia Pro X will represent the brand’s home coffee line.
Through tastings and demonstrations, the Alregen booth will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest technologies and solutions from Egro, Rancilio and Rancilio Specialty.
