From October 25 to 28, 2026, Egro and Rancilio Specialty will be in Lucerne, once again bringing together professionals from Switzerland’s gastronomy and hospitality sectors.
The Egro booth will showcase automated solutions for preparing coffee and fresh-milk beverages, including lactose-free options. Egro MoDe will be presented in the Pro Milk version, equipped with the new iSteam Pro, the automatic steam wand designed for simple, precise and professional milk texturing. Egro Next NMS+, designed for venues with high beverage volumes, will also be available with a dedicated lactose-free milk refrigerator, meeting the needs of an increasingly diverse customer base.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover Rancilio Specialty Invicta’s traditional espresso solutions, supporting professional baristas in creating creative latte art. Equipped with iSteam Pro, Invicta will be featured in workshops dedicated to milk-texturing techniques, demonstrating how automation can bring greater agility and productivity to traditional coffee environments.
