Rancilio Specialty heads south of the equator for the final stage of The Barista League 2026, taking place on November 13 at Brisbane Powerhouse, a repurposed tram power station and one of the city’s most iconic cultural venues.
The Rancilio Specialty RS1 will take center stage as six barista teams compete in a series of fast-paced coffee challenges. Using the RS1’s Advanced Temperature Profiling technology, competitors will showcase the intrinsic flavours of their signature drinks.
The ultimate challenge is to create a complete coffee experience: bringing their inspiration to life, elevating it through service, and crowning it with their coffee skills. A panel of renowned coffee experts will judge the teams and select the winners of the Pacific stage.
Rancilio Specialty will also invite guests to its booth to test their coffee knowledge and sensory skills with Guess the Temperature Profile, an interactive game featuring the RS1’s Advanced Temperature Profiling technology.
