From July 15 to 17, 2026, Rancilio and Rancilio Specialty will take center stage at the Malaysian International Food & Beverage Trade Fair together with partner Global Coffee Resources at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
The area dedicated to Rancilio Specialty will host professional baristas with activities and demonstrations alongside RS1, including the Blind Taste Challenge and Bar Takeover sessions. These experiences will showcase how Advanced Temperature Profiling, through precise temperature control during extraction, can influence the coffee’s sensory profile and enhance exclusive beverage creations.
Invicta will also be on display, equipped with Steady Brew, a patented technology designed to ensure high reliability and maximum repeatability under all operating conditions.
The Rancilio area will also feature Classe 20, with advanced thermal stability control and an intelligent interface, Classe 7, and the new Classe 5 Crono, equipped with an integrated display and shot timer for even more precise extraction monitoring.
