On January 23rd at SIGEP, Rancilio Classe 20 SB will be the official sponsor of the first Italian selection stage of the 2024 Latte Art Grading System competition circuit.
Competitors in the green, red and black levels will have the opportunity to compete using the advanced Steady Brew technology of Rancilio Classe 20. This feature allows excellent thermal stability to be maintained during extraction and, consequently, high reliability and maximum repeatability. The practical C-lever will also be another asset available to young competitors in preparing latte art to perfection.
The Latte Art Grading circuit is a qualification system aimed at evaluating competitors based on their technical and creative ability. This year too, new talents from all over Italy will have the opportunity to test their skills to win the national title. The Italian champion will also have the opportunity to represent Italy at the the World LAGS Battle 2024 championships alongside the finalists from all the countries part of the LAGS circuit.
