Rancilio confirms its commitment to supporting talented baristas: on the 20th of February 2026, the first Italian stage of The LAGS Battle 2026 will kick off at the Shadow Arena in Assago, Milan.
The star of the Milan stage will be Rancilio Classe 20 SB, which will offer baristas consistency in coffee extraction and optimal steam control, allowing them to create impeccable cappuccinos and spectacular latte art. Thanks to the ease of use and advanced technology of Classe 20, each participant will be able to express their artistic talent and professional skills to the fullest.
The competition, organised according to the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS), will reward excellence in the Green, Red, Black and Gold levels, offering winners access to the National Final on 26 June in Milan. The Italian champions will then have the opportunity to participate in the world competition in Gijón, Spain, on 7-8 November, challenging the strongest international talents.
Rancilio, alongside professionals, thus confirms its commitment to promoting coffee culture and celebrating the excellence of Italian latte art.
