From April 10–12, Rancilio, Rancilio Specialty and Egro will welcome coffee professionals and enthusiasts to the World of Coffee at the San Diego Convention Center.
At the Rancilio Specialty area, Invicta will take center stage, hosting a selection of leading West Coast roasters. Alongside it, the RS1 will complete the portfolio designed for the most refined tastes, giving baristas the tools to enhance sweetness, acidity and balance in every cup.
At the Rancilio corner, visitors will discover the new Classe 5 Crono, now equipped with an integrated digital display and shot timer for each group, ensuring improved consistency. For home coffee enthusiasts, the Silvia and Silvia Pro X espresso machines will be paired with the Stile home grinder, bringing professional-level quality into the home.
Finally, superautomatic coffee experts can look forward to dedicated training sessions at the Egro corner, where the MoDe and Next fully automatic machines will showcase their ability to deliver top-quality coffee beverages even during peak demand.
