Rancilio Specialty and Chocolate Accademy celebrate World Chocolate Day

On July 7, World Chocolate Day is celebrated all over the world, a special occasion created to commemorate a fundamental milestone in the history of this beloved dessert. It was in 1847 that Joseph Fry created the first solid chocolate bar, forever revolutionizing the way we enjoy cocoa.
