From September 29th to October 1st, The Fόrum Coffee Festival will take over La Farga de l’Hospitalet, Barcelona.
The Rancilio Group Iberica team is excited to meet visitors at the upcoming exhibition, where they will showcase the latest innovations from Rancilio. This includes the brand-new Classe 5 Eco, the energy-efficient coffee machine, and the Bond professional grinder. Egro Next is equally enthusiastic to welcome all coffee enthusiasts interested in fully automatic coffee machines and their ability to deliver top-quality results for a wide range of coffee, milk, and powder-based beverages.
In the midst of this vibrant atmosphere, Carlos González – the Coffee Competence & Product Manager at Rancilio Group – will delve into the world of espresso extraction in an engaging workshop titled “Temperature Profiling”. Here, participants will be guided through a sensory journey, in the company of the Rancilio Specialty RS1 professional coffee machine, with a specific focus on temperature profiles and their profound impact on sensory perception.
In addition, Carlos will be conducting a special session dedicated to elucidating the key parameters that define the perfect espresso, all in accordance with the IIAC guidelines. These enlightening sessions are scheduled for Friday, September 29th.
