Nescafé Showbrewing with Carlos González: a single origin, multiple extractions for different moments of consumption.

Rancilio Specialty teams up with Nescafé Espresso Bar at SIGEP 2024 to explore together the benefits of preparing single origin espresso with different temperatures.

Carlos González, Coffee Competence & Product Manager of Rancilio Group, will guide participants in using the Rancilio Specialty RS1 multi-boiler coffee machine which offers the Advanced Temperature Profiling, pre-infusion and post-infusion technologies. Through these technologies, Carlos will show how to best extract the aromas and characteristics of the organic single origin Nescafé Peru espresso using different temperature profiles.
